• Performances are held in the KHFM studios in Albuquerque unless another location is mutually agreed upon.

• Performances are open to a live in-studio audience.

• Performances will be recorded for archival purposes, as well as for potential future re-broadcast or streaming on khfm.org.

• Ensembles should be no larger than 5 members, unless otherwise approved by KHFM.

• Music selections should add up to 35-40 minutes, and ideally include a short encore piece.

• Program repertoire should be firmly set no later than 60 days before broadcast, and accurate timings should be made available to KHFM no later than 2 weeks before.

• Artists must schedule a 20 min phone conversation with the host in advance of the broadcast to discuss interview topics.

• A sound check will be conducted at 5pm the evening before your broadcast, unless otherwise specified.

• By participating in a 10 at 10 performance, the artist(s) grant KHFM permission to use, edit, and distribute their likeness in photos, videos, and digital media.

• Selections for the concert series are made by representatives of KHFM and the KHFM Community Advisory Board. Selections aim to ensure a season of high-quality performances that reflect a diverse range of repertoire and ensemble types. Given the limited number of concert slots, not all applicants can be accommodated. Artists who have submitted in the past but were not selected are encouraged to apply again for future seasons.
